Motorola India is all set to launch its budget smartphone called Moto C Plus in the next week. The company has sent out a press invite for the launch of its upcoming device whereas e-commerce company Flipkart has also confirmed that the Moto C Plus will be available via its platform.
In terms of specifications, the Moto C Plus comes with a 5-inch HD screen and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 64-bit processor with Mali-T720 GPU. The Dual SIM smartphone has 1GB/2GB RAM, 16GB internal memory, which is further expandable up to 32 GB with microSD. The smartphone runs on the latest Android 7.0 (Nougat) OS.
Moto C Plus is equipped with an 8MP auto-focus rear camera with LED Flash, ƒ/2.2 aperture, 1.12 microns, 71° lens, 720p video recording while a 2MP front-facing camera with LED flash, ƒ/2.8 aperture is there for selfies.
The device has all the basic connectivity such as 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS. As above mentioned, the device will have two variants featuring 1GB/2GB RAM along with a 4000mAh battery.
The Moto C Plus comes in Metallic Cherry, Pearl White, Fine Gold and Starry Black colors. The smartphone is expected to be priced somewhere between Rs 8,000 to Rs 10,000, where it will compete with the likes of Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, YU Yureka Black, and Nokia 3.
Earlier this month, the company has launched Moto E4 and Moto E4 plus in the US and other countries.
