Assert AI secures 30 crores for Global Expansion and Innovation

The company plans to use the latest funds to strengthen its presence in key markets, boost research and development efforts, and continue innovating in Computer Vision technology.

Mumbai-headquartered Assert AI, a Computer Vision SAAS startup, has raised $4 Million (30 crores) in its Series A funding round. Notable investors leading this round include Ramesh Hariharan (ex-CTO and Co-founder of LatentView), Prashant Purker (former MD & CEO of ICICI Venture), Arya.ag (India’s largest integrated grain commerce platform), and others.

The company plans to use the latest funds to strengthen its presence in key markets, boost research and development efforts, and continue innovating in Computer Vision technology, as detailed in the press release.

Assert AI helps businesses and organizations automate processes, enhance customer experiences, and obtain valuable operational insights. It empowers computers with a pair of eyes that never sleep and a program to process visual inputs and identify things, simulating human vision without error.

The company has three flagship products – Pratham, Alpha, and Falcon. Pratham is the world’s first no-code platform for Computer Vision, tailored for non-AI users. Alpha offers clients various data integration options, such as API endpoints, direct hardware integration, and comprehensive dashboards, providing actionable insights from advanced Computer Vision algorithms and enhancing their production systems. The third product Falcon is a drone-based solution revolutionising warehouse inventory management through real-time tracking and optimization features.

Under the leadership of Job Philip, the company proudly declares having delivered over 50 applications to major corporates, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and government entities across sectors such as retail, manufacturing units, warehousing, traffic management, logistics & supply chains, healthcare & pharmaceuticals, and others.

“We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our Series A funding round,” said Job Philip, CEO of Assert AI. “This investment reflects the confidence of our investors in Assert AI’s vision and potential. It will fuel our expansion efforts and accelerate the development of innovative AI Vision solutions that drive value for our clients globally.”

Assert AI currently operates in India, the US, and the Middle East, considering this investment as a vital step in its mission to expand further into key Western markets and drive innovation in the field of Computer Vision. The company looks forward to forging new partnerships, delivering impactful solutions, and driving positive change across industries.

In November 2022, Assert AI had previously secured $2 million in funding from Arya.ag, an agritech startup, and Prashant Purker, the former MD & CEO of ICICI Venture.
